The Strategy: Search for job openings on standard platforms, but immediately cross-reference them with the official list of designated employers for your province.
The Reality Check: Whether you pursue AIP or PNP, you need an employer who is willing to provide specific labour documentation for your Permanent Residency (PR). If an employer isn't willing to support your PR process, don’t waste your time—regardless of the program.
