Our team will process your request and permanently erase all your data from our database within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
### Method 2: Disconnect via Social Media (Facebook, Google, Microsoft, etc) Settings
You can also revoke our website’s access to your data directly through your Facebook account:
1. Go to your Social Media profile’s **Settings & Privacy > Settings**.
2. Scroll down and click on **Apps and Websites**.
3. Locate **Atlantino.ca** in the list and click **Remove**.
4. Check the box to confirm you want to delete all your activity history and data associated with the app, then click **Remove** again.
## Data Retention and Accountability
Please note that once your data is deleted, this action is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active profiles, directories, or submissions created under your account will be lost.
